121 Coaching for Leaders of Change

Who are you at your best?
What do you stand for? And what’s standing in the way of you building your legacy as a leader?

With my 1:2:1 coaching programmes, I support ambitious, mission-driven leaders at challenger brands, social businesses, charities and NGOs to discover their full power as leaders.

Leaders come to me so that they can move through their volatile and ambiguous contexts with greater confidence and clarity.

Among them are executives, senior leaders and new managers, as well as DEI champions.

During our work together, leaders are often surprised to discover new reserves of excellence and motivation, balance and fulfillment to bring to their mission - changes that they never imagined were possible.

Working with me, we use both your Personal Leadership Development Programme, and the current challenges you’re facing as living ‘case studies’, ensuring that you leave each session inspired and equipped to resolve even your toughest leadership challenges.

I offer leaders a rare, judgement-free space so they may:

  • Navigate their role with increased confidence and integrity

  • Identify and leverage their natural strengths for more effective leadership

  • Clarify their values and how they can better advocate for change

  • Increase self-awareness of harmful, ineffective or default modes of operating which may be holding them and others back

  • Overcome their Inner Critic so that they can take calculated risks without undue self-doubt

  • Improve communication skills concerning request making, delegation and team motivation

  • Set clear boundaries and practice advocating for them for greater work-life balance

  • Develop their ability to make self-assured decisions and communicate them effectively

  • Cultivate their leadership support network and how best to ask for help

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Integral coaching is a holistic approach to human development designed to create change that is enlivening, sustainable and long-lasting.

The Integral Development approach in which I am certified acknowledges the entirety of your humanity (your years of experience on this earth and the enormity and complexity that this suggests) by breaking down the work into 6 developmental streams: cognitive (mental), emotional, relational (interactions with others), somatic (the body), spiritual (thoughts and beliefs), and integral (the weaving together of all streams).

In essence, integral coaching doesn’t analyse challenges in insolation. Instead, it seeks to help the client to access whole new areas of power they may not have acknowledged before and use it to bring about new possibilities.

In this way, clients find release from obstacles that have held them back – sometimes for years - and open up whole new worlds of possibility and action.

  • While every organisation’s programme is unique, working with an integral coach for improved human development can…

    • Build an inspiring leadership ethos based on proven principles

    • Help to establish a thriving and radically inclusive company culture

    • Embed continuous learning practices that drive change and innovation

    • Ground your people and culture initiatives in strong theory and practice

    • Build group and individual strengths, confidence and problem-solving skills

    • Allow for the facilitation of challenging conversations

    • Develop the capacity to navigate challenging interpersonal and power dynamics

Additionally, when I facilitate work with your leaders and teams, you can count on me to bring courageous integrity to all our sessions.

Courageous, meaning I am unshockable and can hold and honour whatever people bring to me, even if it is sensitive or possibly hurtful. We will work in a rare, judgement-free space.

And integrity, meaning I don’t stand for harm and seek to create (and help others create) a world where harm is minimised through our words and actions.

  • Wonderful! Here’s how we can get started.

    1. Fill out your information on my Contact Form, and we’ll book your complimentary Possibility Call.

    2. During our Possibility Call, I’ll ask you about the challenges you and your organisation are facing and how I might be able to help. From that point, I’ll create a bespoke proposal of how we might work together and submit it to you for approval.

    3. Upon approval, we will come together to set our timeline and milestone goals for each phase of our work.

  • Thank you for this important question. Given my background in faith-based, LGBTQ+ and Equity & Inclusion space, many of my clients have lived experience of at least one axis of marginalisation.

I bring a lens of inclusion, equity, and anti-oppression work within all my practice, whether working with individuals or groups. Additionally, through my own lived experience and my continued reflection on my own privilege and marginalisation, when you engage with me, I promise you will partner with someone who navigates power privilege and systemic analysis regularly with compassion, non-judgement and unshockability.

  • I am a big believer in making it possible for people to work with me.

If you or your organisation are keen to work together but require a payment plan, don’t hesitate to email me at hello@debbiedanon.com, and we’ll see what can be arranged.
